Focusing on “Connecting with People”,
I hope our residents, who have decided to live in Kyoto,
have a memorable time while they stay at our houses.

Deposit is 30,000 yen with 20,000 yen allocated for administrative fees. 10,000 yen will be refund upon moving out.
